Mrs L's Amazing Transformation

Mrs L first contacted me in May 2013, 6 months after the birth of her second child. She had tried an initial consultation with a Personal Trainer which she did not enjoy and decided to try and 'go it alone'. By the time she contacted me, she had already lost 2 stone doing home exercise videos and a weight-watchers type programme but had reached a 'plateau' and wasn't losing anymore.

When we met she weighed 13st 9lbs (87kg), her BMI was 30.1 (ideal range 20-25) and her body fat percentage was 47% (ideal would be 30-32%). We started training 2 evenings per week and she continued with her exercise DVDs and her diet regime. By the beginning of 2014 she had lost a whopping 2 stone and her weight was 11st 9lbs. Her BMI had dropped to a healthy 25 and her body fat percentage was down 10% to 37%.

She is a different person, confident enough now to go to exercise classes at her local gym while still training one night per week with me.

When we compared the before and after photos, both Mrs L and her husband were amazed by the result!!
